I burned through the last 5 volumes today so this will likely all blur together in my remembering but all 5 of the final books just felt so short and I think going through all 5 only took just over a couple of hours so that's a little disappointing. It's implied that things moved forward and that at least made the characters feel a bit more real. It is nice to see that the main characters don't just share a final kiss and roll credits. The final volume is probably a bit cliché but I am satisfied with how it ended. There were some good feels through out and I really enjoyed the cast and the time I spent reading about them. After completing it though I'm glad I did. After Sawako and Shota originally started dating and things were settled with Chizuru and Ayane the rest just didn't live up to those moments, understandably so. It just seamed like the story spent more time winding down then it did building up. There was some definite great chapters though sparse through out the final 10 volumes. The series as a whole was good but I really do feel like the whole thing could have been done in 20 volumes instead of 30. I really enjoyed the anime when it was released and it was nice to get back into it and finish the story.
